Barista

Sansation at Arabian Ranches is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about coffee, enjoys interacting with guests, and can deliver consistent beverage quality in a fast-paced café environment.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining excellent customer service standards and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and hot/cold drinks to brand standards
• Perform espresso extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and work areas
• Take orders accurately and manage multiple orders during peak hours
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Immediate availability is preferred
