Captain Waiter

Sansation Arabian Ranches is currently hiring an experienced Captain Waiter to lead front-of-house service and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests. This role is suitable for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills and a passion for service excellence.

As a Captain Waiter, you will supervise service staff, manage guest satisfaction, and coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily service operations on the floor
• Lead and support waitstaff to maintain high service standards
• Welcome guests, manage table assignments, and ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service quality standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift supervision duties

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Captain Waiter or senior waiter is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
• Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented
• Immediate availability is preferred
