Female Barista

ERTH is currently seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a barista who takes pride in coffee craftsmanship, enjoys engaging with guests, and thrives in a fast-paced café environment.

As a Barista at ERTH, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will play an important role in maintaining beverage quality standards while contributing positively to a collaborative and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to brand standards
• Demonstrate strong skills in coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and latte art
• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold the brand image and service standards of ERTH

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality environment
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused
