Hostess

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf. This role is essential in shaping guests’ first impressions by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and coordinating seating efficiently.

The Hostess plays a key role in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Coordinate table seating with service staff
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences
• Handle guest inquiries professionally
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and organized
• Assist with crowd management during peak hours
• Communicate clearly with restaurant supervisors and servers

Skills & Requirements

• Previous hostess or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Hospitality or hotel experience is an advantage
