DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf is seeking a highly organized and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience in line with Hilton brand standards. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills who can manage service teams, handle guest interactions confidently, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
The Restaurant Supervisor plays a key role in bridging service staff and management, ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen, front-of-house, and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, motivate, and monitor service staff performance
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional service
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively
- Ensure compliance with Hilton service standards and SOPs
- Coordinate with kitchen teams for smooth food service flow
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding
- Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating arrangements
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Captain
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Ability to work under pressure in busy service periods
- Hotel or branded restaurant experience preferred
