Stewarding Staff

Rascals Bakehouse is currently seeking two motivated and reliable Stewarding Staff to join our Central Kitchen team in Al Wasl, Dubai. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who are eager to start immediately and are looking to build a long-term career in bakery and pastry operations.

This is an immediate contract, and only candidates who are available to join right away will be considered. We are particularly interested in young, enthusiastic candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with clear career progression opportunities toward Baker or Pastry Chef roles based on performance.

As part of the Central Kitchen team, you will support daily production operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting bakery and pastry teams, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, workstations, utensils, and equipment
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
• Provide general operational support to bakery and pastry production teams
• Assist with daily kitchen setup and breakdown activities
• Follow all operational procedures and safety guidelines
• Work closely with bakery and pastry staff to support smooth daily operations

Requirements & Skills:

• Immediate availability is mandatory
• Responsible, organized, and proactive work attitude
• Strong willingness to learn bakery and pastry operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Basic experience in bakery or pastry operations is an advantage and will be prioritized
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a central kitchen environment
