Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions to guests.

As an A/C Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of temperature and air quality control systems within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, maintain, and provide technical support for all hotel refrigeration and air-conditioning systems (freezers, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chillers, etc.).
• Perform preventive maintenance on all A/C and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor and ensure efficient performance of refrigeration systems and components.
• Inspect and maintain door-closing systems on walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Check and maintain defrosting systems and ice maker automation.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from all departments.
• Conduct routine cleaning of fan coil units and air-handling unit filters.
• Overhaul A/C and refrigeration equipment when required.
• Ensure compliance with technical regulations and safety standards, including strict control of CFC venting.
• Check oil levels, refrigeration performance, and coordinate with Engineering Storekeeper for spare parts.
• Support the engineering team in detecting and resolving system failures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Refrigeration Systems Maintenance or Building Services Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality or facilities maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and A/C systems.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain subsystems effectively.
