We are seeking a professional Bartender to provide guests with the “Ultimate Experience” at our 5-star property. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards in beverage service, create innovative drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding departmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience.
• Arrive on time, well-groomed, prepared, and display enthusiasm.
• Maintain and control bar standards and departmental procedures.
• Handle all monies and maintain hotel bank floats.
• Requisition, verify, and store bar items (juices, soft drinks, food items).
• Innovate with beverages, cocktails, and mocktails to boost revenue.
• Utilize the hotel’s computer system for sales, printing checks, and closing readings.
• Prepare and mix drinks correctly according to standards.
• Service all drinks for guests and bar areas efficiently.
• Keep the bar neat, tidy, and organized; clear dishes and glassware promptly.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a bartender in a 5-star hotel.
• Proficient in Micros POS and cashiering procedures.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Strong complaint handling and up-selling skills.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bartending creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a customer service environment.
• Experience working across multiple bar types is a plus.
