Prime Healthcare Group LLC is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Customer Happiness Executive – Front Office to join our team. The role involves welcoming patients and visitors, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless patient registration and insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
- Provide assistance and guidance to patients and customers as per their requirements.
- Handle patient and customer services efficiently, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups for missed appointments.
- Ensure accurate patient registration, invoicing, and verification of insurance card details.
- Manage co-payments, deductibles, and secure prior approvals for services requiring PAR (Prior Approval Request).
- Coordinate with the Insurance Department for timely submission of claims and resolution of insurance issues.
- Perform additional duties and related tasks as directed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (healthcare sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of patient registration, billing, and insurance claim processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in handling insurance coordination and approvals.
- Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance and attitude.
