Prime Healthcare Group LLC is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Customer Happiness Executive – Front Office to join our team. The role involves welcoming patients and visitors, managing front office operations, and ensuring seamless patient registration and insurance processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to patients and customers as per their requirements.
  • Handle patient and customer services efficiently, including appointment confirmations and follow-ups for missed appointments.
  • Ensure accurate patient registration, invoicing, and verification of insurance card details.
  • Manage co-payments, deductibles, and secure prior approvals for services requiring PAR (Prior Approval Request).
  • Coordinate with the Insurance Department for timely submission of claims and resolution of insurance issues.
  • Perform additional duties and related tasks as directed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role (healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of patient registration, billing, and insurance claim processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in handling insurance coordination and approvals.
  • Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance and attitude.
