Job Description
Overall responsible for the day-to-day operations related to Front Office. Manage, direct, and oversee all related activities related to Front Office. Ensure effective communication between the Front Office and the other departments (i.e., F & B, Housekeeping, Engineering, etc.).
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiency of service. Professionally handles and resolves any guest or property-related issues or complaints and maximizes room revenue.
