Job Overview:

Gulf Model School is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function and support our vision for excellence in education. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong HR expertise and knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategies aligned with school goals
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, leave management, and staff training
• Ensure compliance with KHDA, UAE labor laws, and school policies
• Act as the main HR contact across all departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of HR management experience (minimum 2 years in a school)
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and UAE labor laws
• Excellent communication skills in English
