📌 Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and monitor all transportation and vehicle-related operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all functions related to transportation and vehicle maintenance
• Allocate vehicles to sites according to schedule and requirements
• Coordinate with HR & Admin for timely renewal of vehicle permits (MULKIYA), insurance, and other documentation
• Track vehicle GPS movements to verify locations and overtime hours
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the UAE is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
