We are seeking passionate and dynamic Finance professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing innovative solutions to our guests.

As an Outlet Cashier, you will be responsible for handling the cashier’s house fund, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and safekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food & beverage sales are recorded in the POS system.
• Record meals consumed by employees and complimentary/entertainment services offered to guests.
• Enter opening and closing check numbers in the Night Auditor’s logbook, ensuring all checks are used serially and accounted for.
• Manage guest checks in the POS system including order punching, table transfers, split bills, and settlements (cash, room charge, credit card, city ledger).
• Prepare cashier’s summary and reconcile with Micros (POS) reading at the end of the shift.
• Tally transaction lists from credit card machines with checks and Micros records.
• Prepare deposit envelopes, complete deposit sheets, and ensure safe deposit in the presence of a witness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Accounting.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
• Knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM, and SUN System is an advantage.
