Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in money exchange or remittance operations.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks (e.g., Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT compliance).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using currency exchange systems and reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
