Bakery Commis

Eataly Dubai Mall is hiring two dedicated Bakery Commis to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting the Head Baker and ensuring the smooth preparation and production of high-quality baked goods, maintaining the authentic standards of Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior bakers with all aspects of dough preparation, mixing, shaping, and baking.
• Ensure all baked goods meet the established quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bakery area and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and notify senior staff of restocking needs.

Requirements:

• Local candidates only are required.
• Must be available for interview and food trial (mandatory assessment steps).
• Experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is highly preferred.
• Passion for baking and a strong willingness to learn Italian and international baking techniques.
