Job Description

ABELA Supermarket is seeking honest and efficient Cashiers to manage all financial transactions at the checkout counter. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires attention to detail in handling money and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, providing correct change and receipts.
  • Reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts.
  • Provide friendly and helpful service to customers during the checkout process.

Requirements:

  • UAE experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience (1+ year) as a cashier in a supermarket or retail environment.
  • High level of accuracy and responsibility in handling money.
  • Proficiency in operating a POS system.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
