Dispatcher

We are hiring a highly organized Dispatcher to manage and coordinate delivery orders from our restaurant to customers. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely delivery service, maintaining customer satisfaction outside the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming delivery orders via phone, app, or online platforms.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and ready for dispatch.
• Assign delivery riders, track order progress, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer queries regarding delivery status or issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and routes.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery coordination, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Strong organizational skills and geographical knowledge of the service area.
• Ability to multitask and work calmly under the pressure of delivery deadlines.
