Legal Associate

RUBERT & PARTNERS is hiring a Bilingual Legal Associate to join our team. This role is essential for handling legal matters that require fluency in both English and Arabic, including drafting documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients and official bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and translate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both English and Arabic.
• Conduct thorough legal research on local laws and regulations relevant to client cases.
• Liaise with clients, external counsel, and government authorities, ensuring effective communication in both languages.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients under the supervision of senior partners.
• Assist in court filings and case preparation.

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency (English & Arabic) is mandatory for both written and verbal communication.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience as a Legal Associate or similar role is required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate and commercial law is expected.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
