Job Description

ABELA Supermarket is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to ensure our store displays are visually appealing, strategically placed, and fully stocked to maximize sales and customer experience. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires relevant UAE retail experience.

Responsibilities (Standard for a Retail Merchandiser):

  • Execute visual merchandising plans and strategies across various product sections.
  • Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and rotated (FIFO) to minimize waste.
  • Monitor stock levels on shelves and coordinate replenishment from the store room.
  • Create attractive and tidy product displays to draw customer attention.

Requirements:

  • UAE experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience (1+ year) as a merchandiser in a supermarket or retail environment.
  • Strong visual presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical activity and standing for long periods.
