Reservations Supervisor

MENA Hotels is looking for a professional and highly organized Reservations Supervisor to manage the hotel's room inventory and booking systems. This supervisor will ensure maximum occupancy and revenue generation through efficient reservation management and team oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the reservations department and the Reservations Agents.
• Monitor room inventory and availability, ensuring accuracy across all booking channels (OTA, GDS, Direct).
• Handle complex or escalated booking inquiries and group reservations.
• Ensure that all reservations team members adhere to hotel policies, pricing strategies, and communication standards.

Requirements:

• Hotel experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a hotel reservations role, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
• Strong analytical skills for yield and revenue management principles.
• All candidates must be available in the UAE for a direct interview.
