Runner

We are seeking an efficient and dedicated Runner to ensure the seamless flow of dishes between the kitchen and the dining room at our authentic Lebanese restaurant. This role is essential for supporting the Waiter team and maintaining service speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guest tables promptly and accurately.
• Assist kitchen staff with plating and presentation checks before delivery.
• Communicate clearly with Waiters regarding ready orders and any discrepancies.
• Assist in bussing tables, running beverages, and restocking server stations as needed.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Physical stamina and speed to move quickly and carry trays safely.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team efficiency.
