Accounting & Tax Consultant

The Accounting & Tax Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial management and specialized tax advisory services to our clients. This role requires expertise in UAE VAT law and emerging Corporate Tax regulations to ensure client compliance and optimized financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Accounting: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time; advise clients on obligations and strategies related to the new UAE Corporate Tax regime.
• Financial Advisory: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, offering strategic financial advice to clients to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Audit Preparation: Assist clients in preparing for internal and external audits.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay current with changes in UAE accounting standards, laws, and tax regulations to advise clients proactively.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a significant advantage.
• Solid experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax consultation, with proven expertise in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
