Approval Executive

National Hospital is seeking an experienced Approval Executive to join its Non-Clinical Team. This role is crucial for managing the process of obtaining necessary approvals and pre-authorizations from insurance providers for patient treatments and procedures. The executive ensures smooth financial flow and patient access to care by maintaining strong knowledge of insurance rules, efficient documentation, and excellent communication with both clinical staff and insurance companies.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage and process insurance pre-authorizations and approvals for patient services promptly.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to approval submissions and outcomes.
• Liaise effectively with insurance providers to resolve claim and authorization issues.
• Collaborate with the clinical and billing teams to ensure compliance with insurance rules and medical necessity criteria.

• Requirements:
• Dedicated and experienced individual with a healthcare background.
• Proven experience as an Approval Executive in a hospital setting is strongly preferred.
