Job Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and spirits.
- Clean bar surfaces, wash glassware, and remove trash throughout the shift.
- Assist in the preparation of cocktail garnishes and simple syrups.
- Help with the receiving and organization of beverage deliveries.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on speed and efficiency.
- Strong physical ability to lift heavy crates and kegs.
- Willingness to work late shifts and weekends.
