Bobcat Operator

Rabat Foundation is seeking an experienced Bobcat Operator to handle material movement, excavation, and site support tasks on our infrastructure project sites. This role requires proficiency in operating skid-steer loaders safely and efficiently in congested construction environments.

Key Operator Responsibilities

• Operation:
• Operate the Bobcat (skid-steer loader) to perform a variety of tasks, including grading, leveling, digging, backfilling, and moving materials.
• Select and operate various attachments (e.g., buckets, forks) as required for specific jobs.
• Safety and Maintenance:
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and perform basic maintenance on the Bobcat.
• Operate the equipment safely, adhering to all site safety protocols and instructions.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with the site foreman and teams to prioritize and complete tasks that support overall site progress.
• Experience:
• Requires a valid license and proven experience operating Bobcat or similar compact machinery on construction sites.
