Business Setup Agent

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Setup Agent to assist entrepreneurs and companies in establishing their presence in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of company formation across mainland and free zone jurisdictions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the process of company formation, trade licensing, and legal structuring.
• Prepare and submit necessary legal documents to the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) and Free Zone authorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate office space, bank account opening, and corporate services.
• Provide strategic advice on the most suitable legal entities based on client business models.
• Meet sales targets by converting inquiries into active business setups.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of UAE Business Setup and Company Formation procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic speaking is an advantage).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client files simultaneously.
