The Cashier is the final point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are handled with speed, accuracy, and a final touch of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Process all guest payments (cash, credit card, and digital wallets) accurately and provide correct change and receipts.
- Delivery Platform Management: Monitor and manage incoming orders from various delivery apps, ensuring they are confirmed and prepared on time.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Perform daily cash count procedures, reconcile sales reports, and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of every shift.
- Reception & Reservations: Handle incoming phone calls for reservations and inquiries, providing professional and accurate information.
- Front Desk Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring all loyalty program brochures and menus are neatly displayed.
Requirements & Skills:
- Exceptional numerical skills and honesty.
- Previous experience with F&B POS systems (e.g., Oracle Simphony, Revel, or similar).
- Required Skills: Cash Handling, Financial Reconciliation, Customer Service, Multi-tasking, POS Systems.
