Center Head

First Response Medical Care Services is seeking an experienced Center Head to lead our healthcare operations in Abu Dhabi. This role involves full P&L responsibility and the management of daily clinical and administrative functions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics for the center.
• Manage daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Drive business development strategies to expand the center's market reach.
• Lead and mentor clinical and administrative staff to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in healthcare operations management.
• Strong understanding of financial management and performance metrics.
• Experience in home healthcare is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership and business acumen.
