Civil Foreman

ASCC is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and manage the skilled and unskilled construction labor force on high-rise project sites. The Foreman is essential in translating engineering instructions into practical, safe, and quality work on the ground.

Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and instruct construction labor teams (carpenters, steel fixers, masons, etc.).
• Ensure work is executed as per the Site Engineer's instructions, drawings, and safety standards.
• Manage and organize materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on the site.
• Monitor productivity and quality of work on a daily basis.
• Report daily progress, issues, and labor attendance to the Site Engineer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
• Minimum experience (5+ years) as a Civil Foreman in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing large labor teams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction site safety procedures and best practices.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE.
