Job Description

ASCC is seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to be the primary supervisor for execution of site works on our high-rise projects. The role focuses on practical, day-to-day management of labor and material resources to execute work as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct site labor and subcontractors, ensuring work proceeds on time and to standard.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications for the workforce.
  • Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
  • Prepare requests for inspection and conduct quality checks on completed work.
  • Quantify materials required for daily and weekly tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum experience (3+ years) as a Civil Site Engineer on large construction projects.
  • Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Candidates must be available in the UAE.
