Draftsman & Draftswoman

Greenstone is hiring Draftsman & Draftswoman professionals to work on landscaping projects. The role requires proficiency in CAD software to design detailed plans, sections, and structural details for hard landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design drawings with AutoCAD developing Structural & Architectural details for Hard Landscaping.
• Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (3D max - v ray, Lumion, D5 Render).
• Develop layout and detail drawings for landscaping projects (plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings).
• Incorporate survey data, topographic maps, and geospatial information into base drawings.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, surveyors, and other disciplines.
• Ensure all drawings follow project standards and local regulations.
• Preparing RFI with details from site and preparing detailed drawings for monthly payments.
• Developing As-built drawings as per site condition.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D max - v ray, Photoshop, Lumion, D5 Render, and MS Office is required.
• Experience in technical drafting, preferably in landscaping or hardscaping projects.
