Female Purchase Executive

Sanco’s MEP Division requires a detail-oriented and experienced Female Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of all necessary materials and equipment. This role involves sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full purchasing cycle for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) materials and equipment.
• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable pricing, and establish strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently, and follow up to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with project teams to anticipate material needs.
• Ensure all purchases comply with quality standards and project specifications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of focused experience in a purchasing/procurement role for the MEP or Construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP materials is highly beneficial.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems.
• Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple vendor relationships and project requirements simultaneously.
