•  We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to bring floral art to life. You will be responsible for creating unique designs while ensuring the commercial success and operational cleanliness of the shop.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Creative Design: Conceptualize and create bouquets, table centerpieces, and large-scale arrangements for weddings, funerals, and corporate functions.
• Inventory Care: Manage the daily care of fresh flowers, including unboxing, conditioning, watering, and maintaining optimal temperature controls.
• Customer Engagement: Advise customers on flower selection, color palettes, and meaning to create the perfect custom gift combination.
• Shop Management: Maintain a high standard of shop presentation, managing display rotations and seasonal decor.
• Order Fulfillment: Handle online and phone orders, ensuring on-time preparation for delivery or pickup.
• Requirements:
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a professional Florist.
• Deep knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and preservation techniques.
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to follow specific client briefs and color schemes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
