Job Description

Gaelan Hospital is seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to diagnose and treat disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and liver. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both upper and lower endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage conditions such as IBS, IBD, ulcers, and liver diseases.
  • Perform endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and polypectomy.
  • Consult on complex gastrointestinal and hepatology cases.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other specialists for multi-disciplinary patient care.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with certification/residency in Gastroenterology.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization clinical experience.
  • Eligibility for Specialist/Consultant MOH licensing in Sharjah.
  • Mandatory proficiency in performing endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures.
