General Labourer

TAMAS Projects is hiring strong and hardworking General Labourers to provide essential support across our major infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a major construction team.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of recent work experience in the GCC region is mandatory (demonstrating commitment and reliability).
• Physicality: Physically fit and strong to handle manual labor tasks, heavy lifting, and material movement.
• Work Environment: Willingness to work extended hours outdoors in a physically demanding construction site environment, including under direct sun.
• Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a large crew.
• Visa: Visa is provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradesmen (Masons, Carpenters, Steel Fixers) with tasks such as fetching tools, mixing materials, and site preparation.
• Perform manual labor duties, including digging, shoveling, and material movement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site by clearing debris, waste, and unused materials.
• Adhere strictly to all site safety rules and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
