Health & Safety Officer

The Health & Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant environment across the group's educational facilities, including schools and nurseries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections of all premises.
• Ensure compliance with local UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Organize safety training for staff and students (e.g., fire drills, first aid).
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and maintain detailed records.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
• Requirements:
• Relevant certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably within an educational or facilities management setting.
• Knowledge of UAE health and safety laws.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
