Urgent Hiring: HSE Officer for Facilities Management Operations in Dubai
Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is urgently seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring complete compliance with all relevant safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across all Facilities Management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Lead safety training sessions and drills for staff and contractors.
- Ensure all FM operations comply with local Dubai regulations and international standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Facilities Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- HSE procedures and protocols
- Risk Assessments and Mitigation
- Incident Reporting and Investigation
- Relevant technical/supervisory background (preferred)
