Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience & Education:
- A minimum of 5â7 years of proven experience in a similar managerial or senior role within the money exchange industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Indian nationality only (a specific requirement for this role).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep, practical understanding of payment systems and the associated regulatory framework governing money exchange operations in the region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Must be smart, energetic, and professional with a results-driven attitude.
