Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience & Education:

• A minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in a similar managerial or senior role within the money exchange industry.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Indian nationality only (a specific requirement for this role).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong commercial acumen and a deep, practical understanding of payment systems and the associated regulatory framework governing money exchange operations in the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Must be smart, energetic, and professional with a results-driven attitude.
