Insurance Approval Officer

Shifa Al Jazeera UAE is seeking a qualified Insurance Approval Officer to join the team. This specialized role is responsible for efficiently submitting and tracking requests for pre-approvals and guarantees of payment from insurance companies for planned treatments and services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit documentation necessary to obtain insurance approvals for procedures, tests, and treatments.
• Follow up actively with insurance providers to track the status of pending approvals and resolve delays.
• Communicate approval statuses and any required clarifications to the clinical staff and the Insurance Coordinator.
• Ensure full compliance with individual insurance company regulations and submission guidelines.

Requirements:

• English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
• UAE experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Demonstrated experience in submitting and obtaining medical insurance pre-approvals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple approval queues simultaneously.
