KG Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate KG Supervisor to oversee our Kindergarten department. The candidate must have experience in managing early years educators, implementing creative teaching strategies, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise KG teachers and assistants to ensure quality teaching practices.

Develop and monitor lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or international standards.

Organize activities that enhance children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress.

Conduct regular teacher observations and provide feedback.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children in the KG section.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.

Minimum 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in KG/early years.

Familiarity with British/International Early Years Curriculum.

Excellent classroom management and child-centered teaching approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Native English Speaker preferred.
