Librarian

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the school library, including the selection, acquisition, and cataloging of books and digital resources.
• Assist students and teachers in locating research materials and information.
• Promote a culture of reading within the school through library events and book displays.
• Maintain an organized library environment and manage the electronic circulation system.
• Conduct library orientations and information literacy sessions for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related field.
• Attested educational certificates and UAE equivalency.
• High level of proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a school library setting is preferred.
