Job Description

ASCC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and quality control of all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) within high-rise building projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the execution of all mechanical works on site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and codes.
  • Coordinate with the main contractor, subcontractors, and other MEP trades.
  • Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical reports.
  • Witness testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards for mechanical installations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory, specifically with MEP systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Significant experience (5+ years) in mechanical site supervision and coordination in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE building codes related to mechanical systems.
  • Candidates must be available in the UAE.
