Medical Representative

• Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the company's portfolio of branded generic medicines to healthcare professionals in Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders in hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct effective product presentations and detailing sessions.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper product enlisting in hospital and pharmacy formularies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare partners.
• Submit timely sales reports and market feedback.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have specific experience working with Dubai hospitals.
• Must have prior experience promoting generic medicines in the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong medical sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• In-depth understanding of pharmacy operations and hospital enlistment processes.
• Note: Candidates who do not meet all the "must" criteria (UAE pharma experience, Dubai hospital experience, UAE generics experience, driving license) should not apply.
