Job Description

This senior role is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and marketing of the company's off-plan (under construction) property portfolio. You will manage developer relationships, team targets, and inventory.

Key Skills & Requirements (Expected Industry Standards):

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years experience in UAE real estate, with proven success specifically in off-plan property sales and management.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide sales agents.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai/UAE property market, especially upcoming projects and developer incentives.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
