We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Coordinator for our Sharjah branch. This crucial role will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the pharmacy. The Coordinator contributes to driving pharmacy operations and excellence.
?Key Responsibilities (Inferred)
?Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, manage schedules, and organize documentation for the pharmacy staff and management.
?Operational Flow: Coordinate internal processes, manage vendor communications, and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
?Licensing/Compliance: Assist the Pharmacist in maintaining required documentation and preparing for regulatory audits (e.g., MOH or DOH-Sharjah requirements).
?Team Liaison: Serve as a communication link between the pharmacy team, external clients, and the main office.
?Record Keeping: Maintain and organize operational records, staff files, and quality control documentation.

?Experience: Experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role, preferably within a medical or pharmacy setting.
