Job Description Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pastoral care and student welfare initiatives across Grades 6–12 for both Boys’ and Girls’ Sections.
- Oversee student behavior management, attendance tracking, and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with Section Heads, teachers, and counselors to address individual student concerns and plan interventions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding student progress and behavioral issues.
- Maintain safeguarding practices and contribute to the school’s positive ethos and culture.
- Manage academic responsibilities for Senior Secondary and Kerala Boards at the start of the term.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a mandatory B.Ed.
- Degree in Psychology is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience with prior pastoral or supervisory experience preferred.
- Mandatory IELTS qualification.
- Strong leadership and behavior management skills.
