Plant Room Operator

Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights is hiring a Plant Room Operator responsible for monitoring, operating, and performing essential checks on all major mechanical and electrical equipment within the main plant rooms (e.g., chillers, boilers, pumps).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation of critical plant equipment, including HVAC systems, water pumps, and utility meters.
• Record daily readings, maintain operational logs, and report any system anomalies promptly.
• Conduct minor maintenance and assist engineers with major plant repairs.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant room equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Plant Room Operator or a similar role in a large commercial or hotel building.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems operation.
