Radiology Technician

AL-FARABI MEDICAL CENTER is seeking a skilled and licensed Radiology Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and focus on patient care. This role is essential for producing the high-quality images necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various standard radiographic procedures (e.g., X-ray) ensuring optimal image quality.
• Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Strictly adhere to radiation safety protocols and maintain protective equipment.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Accurately document all patient data and procedural details in the Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a valid license or eligibility letter from the Department of Health (DOH - Abu Dhabi).
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Radiologic Technology.
• Mandatory experience working within medical centers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent technical proficiency in operating diagnostic imaging equipment and strong patient handling skills.
