Registered Nurse

AL-FARABI MEDICAL CENTER seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional, holistic patient care in our clinical setting. The RN will manage the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and provide critical clinical observations.
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic health records (EHR) of all care provided.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a valid license or eligibility letter from the Department of Health (DOH - Abu Dhabi).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
• Mandatory experience working within medical centers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
