Prudent Equipment Trading is hiring a Sales Coordinator to provide crucial administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role ensures smooth workflow between sales, logistics, and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Engineers with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, filing, and managing sales documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding order status and inquiries.
- Assist in generating sales reports and maintaining the client database.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales coordination or administration is required.
- Experience in Oil and Gas industries preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
